Red Dessert Dive first opened in Houston, Texas in June of 2014. Before debuting her bakery, owner Jessica Lusk traveled the world to perform “sugar research” and learned a few simple things: 

  1. You must bake fresh daily. 
  2. You must use the highest quality ingredients (and freshest fruit) available.
  3. A made-from-scratch dessert is best when paired with a perfectly poured latte, craft beer, or Pinot Noir.
