Former Girl Scouts and Georgetown Cupcake owners Sophie LaMontagne and Katherine Kallinis teach Girl Scouts how to bake while offering the girls inspirational advice on how to follow your dreams on DC CUPCAKES on TLC, Friday, April 1 at 10:30 PM (ET/PT). Batter will splatter and icing will fly as the girls go behind the scenes to bake. The sisters also gave the keynote address at the Girl Scouts Cookie College, a program designed to help young entrepreneurs learn business skills.

Girl Scouts and Georgetown Cupcake owners are available for interviews Friday, April 1.

During the month of April, Georgetown Cupcake will create a special Girl Scout Thin Mint cupcake. All proceeds from the sale of the Girl Scout Thin Mint cupcake will benefit the Girl Scout Council of the Nation's Capital annual giving campaign, SHARE. The Girl Scout Thin Mint cupcake is a chocolate cake with crushed Thin Mint Cookies baked inside, topped with a mint ganache and decorated with fondant Girl Scout decorations.

The Girl Scout Thin Mint Cupcakes are available at the flagship location: Georgetown Cupcake, 3301 M Street NW, Washington, DC 20007; and at the Bethesda location: 4834 Bethesda Avenue, Bethesda, MD 20814 from April 1-31.
