Westco Sup-R-Roll YRD Mix  (1/50 LB)

Westco Vanilla Dipping Icing  (1/45 LB)

Trigal Dorado Fresh Yeast  (25/1 LB)

BakeSense Palm Fry Shortening  (1/50 LB)

Directions

Mix

Batter: Mix the batter following the directions provided on the bag of Westco Extra Rich Devil’s Food Cake Mix for a small batch.
Topping Mix: Combine 2 parts Sprinkelina White Twinkle Pearls and 1 part silver sugar pearls. 

Make-Up

Cupcakes: Deposit 2 oz. of batter into paper lined cupcake pans.
Fondant Snowflakes: Roll some BakeSense White Vanilla Rolled Fondant between 1/16’ and 1/8” thick. Cut different sizes and shapes of snowflakes using fondant cutters. Let the snowflakes dry.

Bake

Bake at 325-360°F for 15-20 minutes. Let the cupcakes cool down completely.

Finish

After the cupcakes cooled, pipe Westco Vanilla Buttercrème RTU colored light blue on top of each cupcake.

Sprinkle Topping Mix (see recipe above) on top. Finish each by placing two Fondant Snowflakes of different sizes (see above) on top of buttercrème icing.

Approx. Yield: 33 – 3 oz. donuts
