Continue mixing on medium 7 to 8 minutes or until fully developed.

Dough Temp: 75-78°F

Floor Time: 010-15 minutes.

Bake in rach oven at 390-400° with 20 seconds of steam.

Bake about 24 to 26 minutes depending on loaf size.
