Procedure

Mix: All the ingredients for 1 min. on 1st speed.

Scrape down and mix 3 min. on 3rd speed.

Dough Temp: 78-80° F

Bake Time: 375° F for 20-22 minutes.

Bake at 380° F for 26-30 minutes w/20 seconds of steam in rack oven.
