Ingredients

Pan Fino Mx 1/50 lb

Strawberry E'Ze 1/38 lb

Creamy Peanut Butter* 1/30 lb

Granulated Sugar 1/50 lb

* You can also use Natural Creamy Peanut Butter 1/35 lb or Natural Crunchy Peanut Butter 1/35 lb

Mix, Proof and Fill

Make the dough following the directions provided on each bag of Trigal Dorado Pan Fino Mix. Divide dough into small pieces, proof and then roll the dough flat, pulling out the left and right sides of one end. Next, fill the stretched out side with single lines of BakeSense Creamy Peanut Butter and Westco Strawberry E’ZE.



Form

Fold the dough over the fillings, and using your fingers, press down on the dough to seal. Then, place your palms over the folded dough and roll upward. Curl each end of the dough upward into a horned shape.



Cut

Cut 3 to 5 slices into the dough to expose the peanut butter and filling. Spread the slices with your fingers to expose more filling, if needed.



Finish

Bake the boomerangs following the directions provided on the bag of Trigal Dorado Pan Fino Mix. Finish by coating with BakeSense Granulated Sugar.
