Ingredients

Crème Cake Mix* 1/50 lb

Vanilla Dipping Icing 1/45 lb

Rainbow Nonpareils 1/8 lb

*You can also use All Natural Crème Cake Mix 1/50 lb or NSA Crème Cake Mix 1/25 lb

Mix and Bake

Bake a full sheet cake layer, following the directions provided on each bag of Westco Crème Cake Mix (scale approximately 8 - 10 lbs. per sheet).

Pour

Add coloring to the Westco Vanilla Dipping Icing (heat before use), then pour over the sheet cake.

Smooth

Smooth the icing with a spatula evenly cover the sheet cake.

Cut and Finish

Finish by sprinkling Trigal Dorado Rainbow Nonpareils evenly over the iced cake. Cut to desired serving size.
