Guayaba Mix 1/50 lb



Make up batter following the directions on each bag of Trigal Dorado Guayaba Mix. Add 4 ounces of soaked raisins or C'est Vivant Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chips to each pound of total batter. Rest for 15 minutes.



Scale into 3-4 ounce pieces onto a parchment lined baking sheet. Using an ice cream scoop makes this an easy task. 


Wash and Garnish

Wash the mounds of batter well with egg wash, then sprinkle them liberally with Trigal Dorado Rainbow Nonpareils, white crystal sugar, chopped nuts, flaked coconut, or chocolate chips (compound chips work best).


Bake and Finish

Bake at 350ºF until light golden in color, approximately 17-18 minutes.
