Method

Combine the cold, dry ingredients in a Robot Coupe. Add the cold, cubed butter and mix until sandy. Add the fresh eggs and the beer. Mix until combined. Add the 200 grams of seeds, if desired, and pulse to incorporate without breaking the seeds. Roll the dough to the desired thickness. Cut and bake at 300?F until golden brown.
