With a brush, spread colored cocoa butter as a base on acetate sheet. Let set for 5 minutes.

Spread melted Van Leer Napa 65% over the cocoa butter.

Sprinkle cayenne pepper over dried pineapple pieces.

Spread spicy pineapple pieces and toasted coconut shavings over the chocolate, completely covering
the chocolate.

Allow the chocolate to completely set.

Break into desired size pieces.
