8 ounce Cream cheese; Softened
1 Cup Butter
1 1/2 Cup Sugar
1 1/2 teaspoon Vanilla
2 1/4 Cup Flour
1 1/2 teaspoon Baking powder
2 Cups Fresh cranberries
Oven at 350°F
Cream together cream cheese, butter and vanilla.
Add eggs on at a time, mixing well after each addition.
Gradually add 2 cups flour and baking powder.
Combine remaining 1/4 cup flour with cranberries and fold together into batter.
Pour into greased and floured tube pan and bake at 350°F for 1 hour and 15 minutes.
Let stand for 5 minutes before removing from pan. Dust with confectioner's sugar.
