Procedure

Mix 2 minutes in low or first speed.

Continue mixing on medium 7 to 8 minutes or until developed.

Dough Temperature: 75-78°F

Floor Time: 10 to 15 minutes

Bake in rach oven at 390-400° with 20 seconds of steam.

Bake about 24 to 26 minutes depending on loaf size.
