1. Buy commercially-prepared cake donuts, or make your own.

2. Glaze donuts with tinted donut icings using Premium Gel colors: Lemon Yellow, Royal Blue, Neon Bright Green, Neon Bright Purple with Violet and Sunset Orange.

3. Use a #4 round tip to drizzle creative décor onto each donut.

4. Attach Celebration Variety Sweet Shapes® fondant while icing is still tacky, or with a dab of icing.

5. Mix black icing using Black Premium Gel Color and pipe balloon strings with a #2 tip.
