Music icon Prince would’ve turned 60 on Thursday, June 7. The beloved singer and songwriter from Minneapolis, who passed away in 2016, is being celebrated across the country in a variety of ways.

Philadelphia’s Federal Donuts has its own unique way of honoring the legend. All day on June 7, the donut shop is offering a special Purple Rain donut, based on Prince’s famous movie, album, and song.

The limited-edition donut is only available for the one day. It is a vanilla lavender flavor decorated in the color purple.

This is not the first time Federal Donuts has honored Prince with the Purple Rain donut.  On May 4, 2016, following his untimely death, the shop sold the donut at all of its locations with a portion of the proceeds benefiting the Philadelphia Film Society.
