After a partnership split, Bachour Bakery + Bistro in Miami, Florida will now be known as B Bistro + Bakery.

On July 9, B Bistro + Bakery will reopen under its new name with a new staff.  The menu will remain largely unaffected, but a variety of savory pastries will be added to the lineup.

Also new at B Bistro + Bakery will be a house pickling and fermenting program, a Summer Sweets + Sips Happy Hour, décor updates, a healthy grab-and-go section (including vegan snacks from acclaimed chef Valerie Change), and a nighttime series of different pop-ups, guest chef dinners, and exhibitions.

Some of the new items featured include foie gras ganache and berry jam brioche, white truffle croissant, bacon and jalapeño loaf, Cuban picadillo gallette, Mediterranean lentil salad, croissant lobster roll, short rib bahn mi, duck fried rice, lava cake petit gateaux, and strawberry shortcake entremets. 

Starting July 9, B Bistro + Bakery will serve breakfast and lunch Monday through Friday from 7a.m. to 7p.m. EST and all-day weekend brunch from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m EST.
