New York-based Dana’s Bakery specialized in French macarons, which it ships to customers and wholesalers nationwide. Established in 2012, the bakery started out in a small kitchen located in Hawthorne, New Jersey but has since grown in a big way, making the Inc. 5000 list for Fastest Growing Private Companies in America in 2018 and 2019.

Founder Dana Pollack studied fine baking and the pastry arts at NYC’s Institute of Culinary Education, where she was drawn to French macarons for their beauty and distinct texture. Surprised by the lack of variety in flavors, she began pairing these traditional French treasures with desserts she grew up eating.

Now, Pollack is sharing her love for macarons and other desserts with home bakers in a new cookbook. This July, she will release her first ever cookbook titled Dana’s Bakery: 100 Decadent Recipes For Unique Desserts. In this collection, Pollack will help bakers make her signature desserts right in their own kitchens.

Each recipe is filled with incredible flavor and Pollack’s easy-to-follow instructions. With tons of cakes, pies, brownies and more, dessert lovers will use this collection to experiment, find inspiration and deviate from the same old recipes.

Among the recipes included are Cereal Bowl Cookies, Frosted Flakes No-Bake Cheesecake, Red Velvet Donuts, Tiramisu Whoopie Pies, S’mores Cinnamon Rolls and Cookie Dough Macarons.

Dana’s Bakery: 100 Decadent Recipes For Unique Desserts will be available July 6, 2021 wherever books are sold.
