Continuing its monthly collaborations with local chefs to create astounding bagel sandwich offerings, New York City’s Black Seed Bagels has introduced its take on an all-American sandwich for the month of July.

The bagel shop, led by James Beard Outstanding Baker finalist Dianna Daoheung, has teamed up with Quality Eats for a peanut butter and jelly sandwich unlike any other. This version features homemade peanut butter, a sweet-spicy jalapeño jam, Granny Smith apple slices, and a generous stack of crispy bacon.

Black Seed Bagels will offer the bagel sandwich throughout July at all three of its locations.

Last month, the shop partnered with Daniel Humm of world-renowned New York City restaurant Eleven Madison Park. The NoMad bagel, named after the neighborhood in which Black Seed Bagels opened its newest location, consisted of a celery seed bagel, smoked sturgeon, pickled celery root, pickled shallots, and thinly sliced celery, and was finished with a black truffle cream cheese.
