Lesaffre opens blending facility in Iowa

LeSaffre Yeast Corp. on May 16 opened a new blending facility in Cedar Rapids that will produce enzyme blends, concentrates, natural mold inhibitors, and dough improvers under the Saf-Pro ingredients brands. Antoine Baule, chief executive officer of LeSaffre group, attended the ribbon-cutting ceremony as did customers, suppliers, and public officials.
