After its successful debut last fall, the hit show Vegas Cakes is set to bring thirteen more episodes to Food Network’s spring television lineup.

The series, which follows legendary Las Vegas bakery Freed’s Bakery, will premiere on Monday, April 2 at 10 p.m. ET/PT. The bakery has been a staple of the Las Vegas community for nearly 60 years, creating outrageous cakes for its customers.

Vegas Cakes follows the bakers as they put together these incredible desserts for their clients. This coming season will feature such masterpieces as a realistic whale of a cake covered in 24k gold and a massive hockey-themed cake for the city’s professional hockey team.

“Freed's Bakery epitomizes so much of what makes Las Vegas such a dynamic destination with their show-stopping cakes that have been dazzling customers for three generations,” says Courtney White, Senior Vice President, Programming, Food Network, Travel Channel, and Cooking Channel. “Week after week, Vegas Cakes delivers straight to viewers' homes a first-hand look at the masterful creativity and magic of Freed's culinary creations that embody their vibrant hometown.”
