Gigi’s Cupcakes gears up for spring with seasonal flavors

America’s largest cupcake franchise, Gigi’s Cupcakes, is preparing for warmer weather with the launch of its spring menu.

Beginning February 1 and lasting until April 28, new flavors of cupcakes, cheesecakes, and cakes will be available:

  • Strawberry Stuffed French Toast – A French toast cake stuffed with strawberry filling and a swirl of maple buttercream, then topped with a maple syrup drizzle, powdered sugar, and a buttercream strawberry.
  • Dark Chocolate Cherry – A devil’s food cake with a dark cherry cream cheese frosting and topped with a drizzle of chocolate ganache and a chocolate heart.
  • White Chocolate Raspberry – A Gigi’s raspberry cake, baked with raspberries and white chocolate chips, then topped with a swirl of raspberry buttercream frosting, crystal sugar, and a white chocolate heart.
  • Black Forest Cheesecake – A Gigi’s decadent chocolate cheesecake, topped with cherry pie filling and a rim of buttercream icing.
  • Lemon Icebox – A lemon cupcake, baked with lemon, filled with lemon cream, and topped with lemon frosting and a rim of lemon shortbread.
  • Double Stuff – A dark chocolate cupcake stuffed with cream and topped with a cookies and cream buttercream icing.

In addition, Gigi’s Cupcakes is offering special boxes that reflect spring holidays. For St. Patrick’s Day, the choice is between a Chocolate Stout cupcake box or a box filled with a dozen mini vanilla and devil’s food cupcakes. For Easter, the box includes a dozen mini cupcakes decorated as bunnies, carrots, chicks, and Easter egg nests.
