Cold brew is in high demand according to Google report

That flavor of coffee is generally less bitter, less acidic, and more chocolatey and sweet.

Additionally, many consumers are taking to YouTube in order to find DIY tutorials on cold brew.

Cold brew has grown across four major markets: Mexico, Spain, United Kingdom, and United States. Searches for the term are must more prominent in the U.S., with Google’s analytics showing a substantial spike between January of 2016 and January of 2017.
