Buddy Valastro, star of the TLC hit show Cake Boss, will join a distinguished lineup of celebrity guests at the 2017 edition of The Americas Cake Fair. The event, which takes place October 13-15 in Orlando, is the largest trade and consumer show in the Americas dedicated to cake, chocolate, and the sugar arts.

Valastro appeared at the inaugural Cake Fair in 2015, which became an immediate sensation among professionals and consumers. This year’s event is expected to draw 10,000 attendees from around the world, including baking professionals, industry buyers, pastry chefs, cake artists, and baking enthusiasts.

Buddy Valastro, who runs the successful Carlo’s Bakery chain, will be joined at The Americas Cake Fair by celebrity guests Duff Goldman, Mich Turner, Ron Ben-Israel, and many more.
