French chef Cédric Grolet, who was rated the best pastry chef in 2016 by the Relais Desserts Association, has an impressive resume of desserts, few as unique as his fantastic tributes to the famous Rubik's Cube puzzle in the form of Rubik's Cake.

Made with 3 x 3 matrices of petit fours stacked on inedible boards, these cakes are visually-stunning and a perfect ode to a 1970’s classic puzzle that still remains relevant today.
