Inc. magazine recently ranked Kneaders Bakery & Café as one of its Inc. 5000, an annual and exclusive list of the nation's fastest-growing private companies. The list honors those who Inc. describes as the "superheroes of the U.S. economy." Previous Inc. 5000 members include everyday brands such as Yelp, Pandora, Domino's Pizza, and LinkedIn.

"The Inc. 5000 celebrates entrepreneurism in America. Kneaders is a family-owned business; multi-generational work has gone into shaping our company since our 1997 founding. We're proud to be named among the nation's top achievers in the private sector. Every day we strive to push the boundaries of delivering a quality product that keeps consumers coming back for more," says Kneaders' CEO James Worthington.

With revenue reaching $77.5 million in 2015 and a 96 percent three-year growth in sales, the Utah based company joins the prestigious rank of approximately 150 other food and beverage companies. Chain-wide, Kneaders has over 2000 employees. With 51 stores in six states currently, Kneaders has plans to have 55 stores open around the country by the close of 2016.

"The Inc. 5000 honors real work and real results. The consumer has never had more choices and competition has never been so fierce. This award recognizes those who have figured out what the consumer wants and is delivering that service or product in a superior way," says Worthington. "We are equally excited for our key franchise partner, Four Foods Group, who also made the list."

The annual Inc. 5000 event honoring all the companies on the list will be held October 18 - 20, in San Antonio, TX.
