Eggland Best (www.egglandsbest.com/chiefeggofficer) is conducting a new promotion in search of Eggland's Best "CEO" (Chief Egg Officer).
In order to be considered for the "CEO" title, candidates will be asked to demonstrate their passion for Eggland's Best eggs by answering a variety of questions including why they deserve to be the next "CEO" and what they love most about Eggland's Best, the only eggs they use. Eggland's Best has received entries from some egg-ceptional "CEO" candidates and will continue to accept entries in the "CEO Search" Contest until May 24.
After the entry phase, the "CEO Search" Contest Selection Committee will choose the top three candidates who will be announced in July. Candidates will be chosen based on:
How well they represent the Eggland's Best brand
Their knowledge of the health benefits of Eggland's Best eggs
Their passion for Eggland's Best eggs
"As a member of the Selection Committee and winner of the 2013 Eggland's Best 'CEO Search' Contest, I encourage all Eggland's Best fans to enter this year's contest and to share their passion for the only egg I serve my family," says Karen Peterson, current Eggland's Best Chief Egg Officer. "As 'Chief Egg Officer' I was provided the latest EB news and was invited to play a role in some of their great promotions. I'm convinced that Eggland's Best eggs are the only eggs that provide better taste, better nutrition, and better freshness. It's an experience I recommend to any dedicated fan of the brand!"
For the final phase of the contest, Eggland's Best fans will have the opportunity to help determine the next "Chief Egg Officer" when the top three candidates are featured on the Eggland's Best website. From July 7 to September 1, fans can learn more about each "CEO" finalist before casting their vote for the one they feel is most qualified.
On September 15, Eggland's Best will reveal the company's new "CEO." The winner will receive the honorary title of Chief Egg Officer, the Grand Prize of $5,000, a nutrition consultation with the world-renowned Nutrition Twins Lyssie Lakatos and Tammy Lakatos Shames, and a year's supply of Eggland's Best eggs.
