Unique service for Rational customers

With every purchase of a Rational cooking appliance, customers will also receive a free service package that they can use as long as they have a Rational appliance in their kitchen. This package is referred to as Rational ServicePlus.

Anyone deciding to work with Rational will get the only cooking appliance in the world that provides unique quality and performance. The market leader is also at the forefront when it comes to service and has received the "Germany's Most Customer-Oriented Provider" award last year.

This is because Rational remains at its customers' side long after the purchase and wants to help them keep improving their day-to-day routines in the kitchen. Whether this is saving resources or getting even more from the appliances themselves. With its ServicePlus package, Rational wants to reinforce this approach.

"ServicePlus is a type of all-inclusive package that all customers will automatically receive once they buy a product from us," says Gabriele Stark, product manager at Rational. For example, upon request Rational will come to the customer's kitchen and show the team how the appliances work. "Even after that, further training is free," Stark says. "At the one-day Academy RATIONAL seminars, our customers can get an abundance of new ideas for their menus or learn how they can further improve the processes in their kitchen."

The cooking appliance specialist would like all of its customers to get the maximum benefit from their partnership with Rational right from the start and throughout the product service life. When software improvements come out, the customer can simply download a free update in ClubRATIONAL. "They can therefore access the latest findings of our cooking research and will always be able to update their appliances with the latest technology," Stark says.

ClubRATIONAL is also perfect for exchanging recipes or getting expert tips on daily kitchen routines. Anyone who has questions on applications or recipes can call the Rational ChefLine, which is available to customers 365 days a year.

"This is all part of our ServicePlus package and our customers do not need to pay a cent extra for this," Stark adds. Even those who do not yet work with Rational can use ServicePlus by obtaining free planning proposals for kitchen renovations or new builds, or to try out the appliances in their own kitchens for a while before purchasing.
