Nothing Bundt Cakes

Advertised as “bite-sized bliss,” a hot new bakery innovation from out West are the new Bundtinis from Las Vegas-based Nothing Bundt Cakes. Bundtinis – mini bundt cakes topped with a swirl of cream cheese icing – are sold by the dozen and come in chocolate, red velvet and assorted delicious flavors.

Nothing Bundt Cake’s signature frosting is made with velvety cream cheese and real butter. For a lighter touch, Nothing Bundt Cakes come with drizzle frosting.

This innovative Las Vegas bakery, which boasts more than a dozen franchise locations along with its two Las Vegas retail stores, is expanding soon with plans for new locations in California and Omaha.

While the single-serve dessert trend catches on across the country, Nothing Bundt Cakes is riding the wave with its adorable line of more than 40 cake designs available in 10 flavors, including Chocolate Chocolate Chip, Pecan Praline and a Flavor of the Month (Pineapple Upsidedown in July).

Cake sizes include 8-inch, 10-inch, tiered cakes or the Bundlet size (perfect for two).

There’s a Nothing Bundt Cake for any special occasion – from birthday parties to Halloween (the Boo cake features a witch hat and broomstick nestled on a bright orange bow). New designs include the Sweet Victory, perfect for sports fans and featuring pennant flags and 14 bow colors to choose from. For the corporate executive, there’s also the All Bundt’oned Up, garnished with a buttoned up bow.
