Jimmy's Egg franchise group JE Ark Egg, LLC, is set to open its first Arkansas location in March 2017.  Jimmy's Egg will bring Fayetteville residents full cups of coffee, Cracked-to-Order omelets and fresh-baked breads. This location will be the 55th restaurant for the chain.

"We are very excited to expand the Jimmy's Egg brand into Arkansas and join the Fayetteville community," franchise owner Hunter Boelte said.  "Jimmy's Egg restaurants provide a warm, friendly atmosphere and we are excited to offer a great value for breakfast and lunch."

The new restaurant is approximately 3,500 square-feet, which will accommodate 130 customers in comfortable booth and table settings, and will offer hot breakfast and lunch catering options to the community.

Breakfast menu offerings include the popular "Garbage Breakfast™," premium hash brown skillets, fresh-baked bread, a variety of eggs Benedict, hot-off-the-griddle items such as buttermilk, wheat, sweet potato, Cinnamon Roll flavored pancakes, French toast and Belgian waffles.

Lunch offerings include savory sandwiches, burgers and luncheon entrees such as the Smoked Turkey Melt, Backyard Burger, Grilled Chicken Salad, Country Fried Steak, and a variety of lighter fare for the health-conscious.

The first Jimmy's Egg was founded by Loc Le and opened its doors for business in Oklahoma City in 1980. Le grew Jimmy's Egg from a single restaurant to the 54-unit chain it is today and remains involved as chairman of the board.
