Coconut Bar Cake

Ingredients

Brill Yellow Half Sheet Cake
Brill Lavender Decorating Icing
Brill Brilliant Green Decorating Icing
Shredded Coconut
Decopac Egg-quins

Instructions

Cut a half sheet cake as shown on the “cutting guide”

Base ice the 3 layers using an EZ Ice tip and Lavender Decorating Icing.

Use a bowl scraper to smooth the sides and top of the cake.

Immediately cover the entire cake with shredded coconut.

A large Grass tip and Brilliant Green Decorating are used to pipe the 3 nests.

Finish the cake by placing Jelly Beans or Egg-Quins in the nests.
